TOURNAMENT ENTRY

Serving for Scholarships: Have fun...Help kids! Please fill out the following form to enter yourself into the third Kid’s Chance Serving for Scholarships Tennis Tournament.

Location & Time: The tournament will be held Friday, April 16th at the Hoover Country Club.
Registation starts at 9AM;
9:30–Noon Mixed Doubles;
1:00–3:00 Mixed Doubles;
Awards ceremony following the conclusion of play

Format: Round Robin Mixed Doubles.

Registration Fee: $35 before tournament, $45 at the door. The registration fee will cover participation in 2 events, tennis balls, t-shirt, goodie bag, lunch and beverages!
