Kids’ Chance Scholarship: “Swings for Scholarships”
Golfers at the “Swings for Scholarships” Kids’ Chance Scholarship Fund presents THREE opportunities to have a swinging time! Golf tournaments for the benefit of the Kids’ Chance Scholarship fund are scheduled for Thursday, April 28 at Limestone Springs in Oneonta, AL; Friday, May 13 at Magnolia Grove in Mobile, AL; and Thursday, June 16 at Legends at Capitol Hill in Prattville, AL. The fun begins at 12:00 p.m. with lunch for all players, leads to a shotgun start at 1:00 p.m., and finishes with an awards ceremony immediately after play. Prizes will be awarded to the top 4 teams playing in each tournament (NET); prizes will also go to the longest drive and the closest to Pin on all Par 3s for each tournament. Sponsorship opportunities are as follows: Golf Shirt Sponsor ($2500); Prize Sponsor ($2500); Lunch ($1500); Caddie ($750); Refreshments ($750); Hole-in-one ($500); Mulligan sponsor ($500); Hole sponsor ($300). Non-Sponsorship opportunities include a Foursome ($600) and Player ($150). Please note that each tournament has its own reservation deadline. Register for Limestone Springs by April 14, Magnolia Grove by April 29, and Legends at Capitol Hill by June 2. So register now and come out and “Swing for Scholarships!”
